Last week Sunrise held it’s first brand and licensing summit at Nu Metro cinemas in Cape Town. It was a great occasion where we were able to share our vision and direction for Jungle Beat, Bokkie and Sharkie with existing and potential licensees and retailers.

The turnout was great, we even had Bokkie, Sharkie, Monkey and Tortoise in person to liven things up.

Sarah Munday from SARU was on hand to talk through the Bokkie program and what can be expected from him going forward. And Michael Ablett of the Sharks was there (braving a Western Province crowd) to fly the Sharkie flag and let everyone know what the plans are going forward for their new mascot.

Those who attended were treated to 3D screenings of Sharkie, Bokkie and Jungle Beat animations, a goody-bag full of…goodies, as well as a delicious spread put out by our very own office park Gourmet ladies.

All in all it was a great opportunity for people to meet, greet, eat and take a seat for a visual treat. Neat!
